We are independent mortgage and insurance brokers based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Established in 1990, we were one of the first companies to offer specialist mortgage services in response to the increasing demand for mortgages.
As an independent mortgage and insurance broker we are not tied to any particular product provider which means we have no vested interest in any particular product and our aim is to offer completely impartial advice.
We began trading in the property boom of the nineties and rode out the turbulent changes of the market. Trading through these changing times provided invaluable experience and insight into the risks and rewards of investing in the property market. This experience and insight, along with the old fashioned service ethos, has helped us to consolidate our position in the high net worth market, diversifying also into areas such as commercial lending, bridging finance, multi currency mortgages and overseas finance.
